mustard is good,,but not in chicken,mutton or fish dishes,,thats how we do in all our cooking and in every hotels of madurai. Unfortunately i see mustards in NV in london hotels.

Please don't add mustard in pepper chicken. It will spoil the taste of the gravy.

I prepared this yesterday... did not add pepper... but to this we have added yogurt and the taste was really good.... thanks Sanjay
