Try an empty .38 cal shell casing.

Everything tasted like plastic, lol. Good thing you made a mod, while the rest of the ECIg smokers get Dioxin poisoning from plastic chemical inhalation.
Ecigs = Potentially way more damaging than cigarettes.
Why, because dumb forums claim they're not, when they have no scientific model to base their stupid claims.
You only need see the burning cartomizer post on the ecig forum to see that they're burning up and you're inhaling nothing but SHIT!

I got the x-hale hookah and e-cig from 7-11 both atomizers broke with in 48 hrs!

great idea! am trying to quit smoking & can't get a strong enough hit off the 7/11 carts to make it work. was wondering what you used for packing material? did you use the material out of the 7/11 carts?

luicy sux sooo hard..lol seems like 7-11 is the only place to get the xhale 02 am i right?
-
they taste like plastic when you smoke them not because of the plastic casing but because the foil top of the cartridges is also coated with plastic and it stretches over the atomizer thus making it taste like plastic when you smoke

is that cotton balls

what is that stuff you put in the cart? is it cotton?

you put way to much time and money into that little njoy ecig mod. you shoulda just bought a 808 or 510 e-cig dude.
The nic liquid was dekang vanilla 24mg nic--I believe it's 100% pg, I added the liquid, it is not the 7-11 flavoring

Hi bwstryker,
Great video and Idea. I'd like to do something similar with my titan 510. I have a question though. Why does it have to have a screw in it? How does it vape when there is no hole at the tip of your mod? I'm guessing it might have something to do with the design of Xhale 02 model as opposed to the 510?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

gaddsticks---the screw is there because there is a hole in the bottom of the metal piece...If the metal piece didn't have a hole then there would be no need for a screw...I guess the hole could be filled with metal welding material but I find the thin screw works fine. It vapes because the metal cartridge drops into the plastic mouthpiece--this e cig has a different design than the 510--the 510 has a mouthpiece and cartridge in one.

Another idea is you could probably use an empty battery case from an Xhale and make a giant mouthpiece/cart combo. You would have to rig it for airflow, and find a nice screw cap on the side of the threads of battery case where you would inhale.

I forgot to add that the thin screw was probably off an internal hard drive. I used it to replace the rounded screw on the magnetic pickup tool. This tool is basically an auto antenna with a magnet on the end. You have to pull out the smaller tubes (I used plyers) so that you just have the thickest metal tube before cutting with a hacksaw.

Great video man! I'm going to have to try that today. I never had the burnt plastic before, but I do notice the atomizer gets hot very fast. I just use the O2 for fun, I use a 510 with my piercing needle cart hack. How in the world did u come up with such a great idea?

Thanks, I was fortunate (or not depending on how you look at it) of having one of my atties die. It tasted awful, like plastic so I inspected the cartridge and noticed it had melted a bit at the top. I thought it was the cartridge so I went out to home depot searching for an object--could have been a pen top or anything--that was metal and would fit the cart. I brought the mouthpiece and plastic cartridge with me and found nothing. I stopped off at Autozone, and when I saw it, voila!
