Biography of Walid Shoebat

Born in Bethlehem of Judea, Walid's grandfather was the Muslim Mukhtar (chieftain) of Beit Sahour-Bethlehem (The Shepherd's Fields) and a friend of Haj-Ameen Al-Husseni, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and notorious friend of Adolf Hitler.

Walid's great grandfather, Abdullah Ali Awad-Allah, was also a fighter and close associate of both Abdul Qader and Haj Amin Al-Husseini, who led the Palestinians against Israel. Walid lived through and witnessed Israel's Six Day War while living in Jericho.

As a young man, he became a member of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, and participated in acts of terror and violence against Israel, and was later imprisoned in the Russian Compound, Jerusalem's central prison for incitement and violence against Israel.

After his release, he continued his life of violence and rioting in Bethlehem and the Temple Mount. After entering the U.S, he worked as a counselor for the Arab Student Organization at Loop College in Chicago and continued his anti-Israel activities.

In 1993, Walid studied the Tanach (Jewish Bible) in a challenge to convert his wife to Islam. Six months later, after intense study, Walid realized that everything he had been taught about Jews was a lie. Convinced he was on the side of evil, he became an advocate for his former enemy.

Driven by a deep passion to heal his own soul, and to bring the truth about the Jews and Israel to the world, Walid shed his former life and his work as a software engineer and set out to tirelessly bring the cause of Israel to tens of thousands of people throughout the world: churches and synagogues, civic groups, government leaders and media.

Walid has written several online books including "Dear Muslim, Let Me Tell You Why I Believed" and "Israel, And The World's Mock Trial", where he exposes anti-Semitism and the hatred of Jews in both the Islamic Christian and secular worlds.

Walid is an American citizen and lives in the USA with his wife and children, under this assumed name.

Walid has spoken all over America and the world including Chile, Mexico, Canada, UK and South Africa. He has appeared on national television also all over the world including CNN, CNN International, FOX News, ITN, RTE, NBC, CBS, and ABC. He has also been featured on BBC radio 4 and 5.

And so Walid disbelieves in the God of the Bible and the God of the Quran by denying that God is the only One who causes death and disbelieves that God deceives as in 2 Thessalonians 2:11 "Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false,"

And Walid is seriously ignorant again. Does he think that other than God is the cause of Death and affliction? And God is not in any way comparable to His creation which is clearly stated in the Quran. So when it comes to any attribute such as proud, it is not the pride like humans have. And Walid has committed the primary mistake that any sincere person would acknowledge in Islam. He has interpretted the Quran, and the Bible as well, from his own opinion. And he has no clue what Satan is.

Its far more than just believing in God, or in a god or being good. It's about a relationship with God through Christ. Now if you ask a non-believer of course the opinion will be different. We have an innate desire to feel like we deserve to go to heaven, but the truth is that we don't deserve it, but only because Christ paid the ransom for mankids sin can we all be forgiven if we just accept it. So I honestly pray that you can trully open up your heart to God, because his love changes.

As this video is about Christianity and Islam. My arguement is about Islam. Islam claims to be the final revelation from God, when it takes from the Bible bits and pieces and completely distorts it. The central theme of the book is very contradictory. Over and over. As far as your question of wether the belief of one God is bad falls down to your beliefs. I as a Christian acknowledge that only through Christ can we achieve salvation. The Bible also says even the devil believes in God.

@azzyeatsbologna Why is there not a need for more, the oddest monotheistic Religion in the world is Zorasterianism, its what the persians were, it was the Religion of Cyrus the Great who the bible refers to very positively, and I grasp most Christian Americans do not get that there are many old monotheistic Religions I know the Jews today like to claim the old testament this first but its not true, Islam converted allot of Pagan Arabs, africans and Asians to believe in one God is that bad?

@ASexyChef And the last post demonstrated how fearful muhammed was to the point twitching in terror, but it wasnt for Khadija who kept trying to conivince muhammed of what SHE thought and wanted for him. SO...don't feel sad for me. Open up the Bible and understand that when Jesus was on the cross and said "It is finished" he meant it. No need for more gospel. period.
