the WORST film version of Alexandre Dumas' epic novel. too many liberties with the novel, including D'Artagnan having sex with three women (he doesn't have sex with anyone in the novel), Milady's motives never explained, her trial/execution being nowhere as dramatic like in the novel, the Duke Of Buckingham & Lord de Winter's roles combined, Rochefort dying at the end, etc.

@Vampkiki never mind the fact that it's so much more fun what with all the "asides" that people speak. Sometimes you have to listen closely to catch them. I also think it's some of the best sword play since Errol Flynn, Basil Rathbone, Tyrone Power, etc. LOVE a good swashbuckler! Glad you found a copy. I need to watch mine again, too.

@CatMoves1 thanks... i posted it last night on my facebook and my father found me a copy by like 10 am from fye or somewhere....wanted to show my kids how the acting back then was soooo much better then in some of the newer versions
