  • @nintendowifi1 a mate like this is very difficult to pull off under normal circumstances. if the king is in a cramped position and the 2 nights check the king and with the bishop there, the king will be mated, it dosen't matter if you lose a queen.

    It all depends on the position, and should only be attempted if you have a 2 rooks attacking the king as well. otherwise, a mate like this is very difficult to pull off under normal circumstances.

  • In order for this particular mate to work does black have to do those exact moves?

  • i have won like this a few times in actual games
