Criminalizing Organic Farms

Honestly I'm going to get arrested for growing a garden in my backyard? That's ridiculous.
Organic farming does produce less food than convention farming. Therefore it is more expensive and more stressful on the environment aside from the pesticides.
I would be fine with conventional farming if they used green pesticides.
