  • i have a really bad back. i am going to try this and see how it works.

  • in my opinion this could hurt ur back if u have disc issues,only a person w/a healthy back & intermediate yoga blance should attempt this.i tryed it standing w/bent knees only some areas of my back felt better,i know my limits,many people w/back issues can't bend in this way.i wish there was more more focus on this from a person w/a true back issue & less alignment in other areas as well.i have wrist/shoulder issues & would not trust them 2 hold me & back in alignment.i like do most of ur vids !
