Thats right. Going into a hybrid schedule that Jason Croxford made! P90X and Insanity combined! Day 51 is complete and I feel FAN-FRICKEN-TASTIC!!! Keep the comments and messages coming folks! Thats what gets me through my day!

  • i am a slim guy 5 foot 9 and i weigh 135 pounds. i have a little body fat in my middle and im debating whether to do p90x or insanity. im not looking to be huge i just want the abdominal definition. i will be doing the workout dvds after november when cross country season ends so i will already be in good shape. so which program is for me?

    p.s.-i dont have a pull up bar or a place to put one.

  • Well your diet plays a huge role in your results. If you can shoot for 4 meals to start that would be good. To do 5 meals all you do is breakfast, lunch, dinner, with snacks inbetween.

  • like u said about eating i have time for insanity but i dont think i can fit 5 meals a day in is that going to be a big problem or is that ok

  • Nice update man. yes push harder go faster. No way you should ever feel like you could do more when you are done with the workout
