  • As a member of the scaled family that have had my hard work put into that plane. it was a great feeling knowing that everyone is so happy and shocked to see this plane. A LOT of sweat and blood went into this plane. I hope when the day comes that we fire our rocket and launch the actual space ship into the atmosphere that everyone will see history in the making...again.

  • so, let's look at history. besides trained astronauts, nasa sent up several scientists and one school teacher in their entire history. by contrast ESA and the Russians sent up several space tourists and their tickets were millions of dollars each! now VG will do it NEXT YEAR for 200k and they are using 100% reuseable hardware. they are just the FIRST. other businesses will follow, new technologies will be discovered, costs will drop. all will benefit eventually. i am going to start saving now!

  • My Uncle is Flying this Space Craft no joke his name is David Mackay

  • In my opinion, having seen WK2 in reality, it is one of the most beautiful and amazing aircraft flying to the date. In Oshkosh, when the WK2 took off, I was speechless. Awesome. And every bit of the look is for a reason, it is a very good design and represents advanced aerodynamics compared to any airliners built to the date.

WK2 would win a beauty contest if I was the judge. 747 would lose.

  • So stop being a peasant. Tickets are on sale now.

  • it's probably all controlled by computer and all the pilot has to do is monitor its systems.....

  • yes it had

  • The 747 never won any beauty contests , either.

  • Hats off to the entire crew at SCALED,

We look forward to see WT2 fly by our space training and film ranch RRR,Just north of the Mojave spaceport, just look for the Pyramid on Randsburg rd

  • No please. You first.

  • You're right. The future will inevitably suck and tomorrow isn't worth living for. Excuse me while I slit my wrists.

    You wanna go first?

  • Or more likely, by the time they allow "regular people" to fly into space, we've have inspection probes shoved up out butts after waiting ten hours in line, packed in like sardines, a couple of screaming babies, and a kid kicking the back of your seat the whole way.
