Much of todays society has this frame of mind. Advertising and Media use these toxic thoughts and ideas to trigger emotions, attract attention and stimulate actions. However, you have free-will and your mind is strong enough to make your own decisions. But a word of caution, your decisions can be easily swayed be instilling fear.

You have free will. You have an alternate choice.

Kindness, Abundance, Helping, Sharing, Giving, Moderation, Conserving, Reducing, Recycling.

Observe how the contents of the glass become clear, clean, healthy and refreshing.
