@majasalvador12 sorry but i disagree...jumping a ball and making contact may be easy to do but actually pocketing a ball and getting position for the next one is almost completely random luck...which is what 9 ball is about...its not the gambling sport of billiards for nothing...ur just as liable to sell out or fouling using a jump cue...my opinion neways

Yes jump shot was once a bad-shot in the Phil. Europeans love jumping the ball. I think it was the european players who stress officially to use it.

i hate jump shots as well show that you don't have skills and finding the easiest way to get out. kicking is more skill and earns more respect
