Yes Irans power is not that high or high tech... but you have to look at the strategic asset they have.
The US and EU and Nato may have many more planes and ships. but the Strait of Hormuz and areas of sea near it, you can not get every ship there and its a small place and so Iran Missiles can cause a lot of damage.
US/Nato Airbases within a certain range can also be targeted.
Yes the US trump Card would be long range Nuke ability but would they be so in humane to do another Hiroshima?
