A short silent video showing how wheat is cut the Victorian way at Acton Scott Historic Working Farm near to Church Stretton in Shropshire, in the summer of 2010. With no modern machinery the wheat is cut using a scythe and collected by hand before being left to dry in the field awaiting threshing.
