i agree to an extent with this vid, though i would say that studying history shows that, while societies are vastly different in ways, there are commonalities within each: a heiarchy, or group led by a leader/leaders/religion etc.
the use of violence has been, and will remain (unfortunately) the most powerful form of magic in this physical realm.
this is not an anti-anarchy argument, rather on the issue of nature and humans. it is the most primal and effective form of persuasion, violence.

I think of the so called human nature agression comes out of economic circumstances. Think about it, we live in a society in which we are taught to compete. You have to pool enough money out of a very finite supply in order to successfuly procure the goods you need to live. And this in turn leads to paranoia and hostility. Add paralyzing debt and and a crippling exploitative system of imperialstic materialism into the mix, and yes im not the least bit surprised when people become violent.
