  • Hi, I `ve tried to do this split for almost a year without any progression, I couldn`t understand why, because my hamstrings are really well streched. But after your words abour fear, I suddenly did it! It was my fear, which didn`t let me do the split.

  • I used to be really flexible when I was younger, like 8-11 years old. Now I'm fifteen and I tried these stretches. I could not BELIEVE it!! In less than 10 minutes I was less than an inch off the ground when the day before I could only be about 10 inches.

  • @dcllcd82997 It really is a matter of persistence.Simply put,the secret to instant splits is really no secret at all.If you can get into the splits after doing these stretches justonce, then something in your life has allowed you to maintain the flexibility that a lot of people don't maintain.For instance,if you used to dance a few years ago and stopped then it may not come as a surprise that you got it on the first try.Just don't quit, and DON'T force it.You'll get there in time.
