  • You should leave it until the paint's dry. I don't because I'm impatient.

  • It washes off your hands...

    It usually stays on the back of the stencil. But if you spray too much and put it down while wet, you can get a glob on the shirt. I've found that a bit of rubbing alcohol helps to break it up.
