also it's impossible to do mazoh without flower fermentation.

I find it interesting that every year I look forward to have that that first bite of Matzah at the Seder but that last night Im ready to not see it for a whole year.

Matzo Ball Recipe

Beat 4 eggs with a fork. Add 1/2 cup seltzer, 1/3 cup oil and salt & pepper to taste. Add 1 1/4 cups matzo meal & mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Using wet hands, form into small balls & drop into boiling water or chicken soup. Cover & cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
