  • No! training people to build their torso muscles up so they lose their no hip to waist ratio is awful. Pilates can't be taught on you Tube!

    these workouts should be called

    "How to build your waist up, shorten the psoas and look like a man"

    I'm not doubting that you have some knowledge of pilates it's just obvious from these videos that you are completely misdirecting viewers. If the work is not taught privately, at least at first ,then it is not pilates. you offer no foot or breath placement.

  • you are atrocious.

  • THESE BREATHING CUES ARE ATROCIOUS!! you are doing a huge deservice! You should spend five minutes to ten minutes on setting up the breath at least--BOGUS!!
