great video, however , I have a rage x and still use this video to help. In doing so my bench has went up quit a bit. Do you have any tips on a deadlift suit, I wear a Max DL.

@ZarelbRUS, that's pretty much what LiftingLarge told me. I use an F6 because I naturally tuck, I have little to no arch. They told me it's where you touch that matters. Low = F6, high = Fury. Drop them a line. They are good to deal with...

@JimHu114231 but when you tuck your elbows, its go automaticlly to the lower chest / abs . with the fury you can bring the bar higher like a bodybuilder, when the bar is high you can´t tuck your elbows right?

glad we can help. the majority of the techniques are the same. the main diference is that with the standard, soft, back the shirt can't be puled down as much in the front. aside from that, this technique can also be used on IPF legal shirts.
