He is the Same Pierre, but control by the Black heart, the good pierre with the pink heart is to weak to fight the black heart, so he is now bad. But later on in episode 51 chocolat kind of went inside him and woken the kind pierre. then the bad was destroy. But the bad pierre took chocolat's heart, so pierre gave his heart to her. So it means, if they exchange hearts, that means the are married.
