  • She's not banned, she's just been suspended several times due to DMCA attacks. As idiotic her opinions are the DMCA's where unfounded and like @bigmike4758 said YouTube needs to do something to stop these sorts of attacks on users. Sure she was stupid but she wasn't threatening anyone and she wasn't a danger.

  • @aussielung Again, what is a DMCA?

  • She wasn't banned. She was suspended several times due to false DMCAs. I talk to her on Facebook every once in awhile and said she was not coming back because of the constant flase DMCAs that are being filed against her. I don't blame. Youtube needs to tighten up their act.

  • @bigmike4758 What's a DMCA?

  • Spit. It. Out.

  • yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • Hey. Nobody goes to jail for deleting comments off Facebook this is no different. And sure she has the right to say it, doesn't mean I wouldn't cause her physical damage.

  • Its called damage control dude. That retard is causing a riot with her videos.

  • she has been banned because of all of the comments and response videos from other people, in my opinion. But you should really relax, you look like you are about to have a heart attack.

  • well she got banned because she would probably instigate a riot... how many people would like to kill her for the stuff she said.. Youtube is protecting her. haha!!!... and I don't think you want to get banned... do you?

  • @dstebbin I know this video was posted a couple of months after her being banned and it's been roughly a year since her ban now. To answer your question people kept flagging her for DCMA's when there was no DCMA violation to report. There were just a couple of people who found her that annoying to watch even though it's so easy to stop watching someone that is that irritating. She should not have been banned.

  • @dstebbin breaking copywrite

  • @dstebbin At it's most basic a DMCA is a take down notice. It stands for Digital Millennium Copy-write Act. There is an article about it on Wikipedia to learn more. But yeah, basically it's there to stop people using copy-write material online but there are those on YouTube who will use it to take down videos or whole channels that do not breach the act because they know YouTube will not check up to see if the claim is legitimate.
