it seems to me that you have a cookie cutter argument and are just repeating it rather than engaging with what people are saying. The first person gives very specific examples of Leftist causes: union organizing, school strikes to support community control over education, healthcare, anti-war work, Palestine. It's a 48 second clip, what information do you have to say that she is oblivious? You are the oblivious one. You don't anything about her.

I think you are critiquing some other movie, some other person. I don't recall this clip advocating for a society modeled on USSR, Cuba, or Iran. Or advocating a dictatorship of the proletariat. Take a step back and look at the history of the Left in the U.S. Legalization of birth control, civil rights, the 8 hour day, weekends, women's rights - these are all struggles led by Leftists. I'm not saying the Left is perfect and everyone one and everything done in the name of Left is perfect.

hebrew and arabic are both semetic languages and very very similar to each other. if you are fluent in one you can easily understand the other. kinda like english and german, or english and spanish. salam = shalom, bin = ben, allah = elohim, etc.

I am not Jewish, but I am on the left and in love with Judaism. Both the values of the left and the values of Judaism seem to go hand in hand. This is why I refer to myself as a Socialist-Zionist and support Israel with the hopes for the return of the electoral common sense and to see a return of the left in Israel.

I have been wondering why the vast majority of Jews vote democrat. If this is the average Jewish person in America, now I know the answer. These people are voting for ther own destruction, I hope and pray they have some clear thinking in the future before it is to late. Good luck.

Judaism is feared because the heart and Soul of Judaism is radicalism. Judaism is the most radical, freedom-insisting belief system that there ever was.

I so identify with Rachel Marcus.

My Grand Uncle was an Anarchist who left the US to fight in Spain when the allied British, Nazi and Red Army forces were crushing the Anarchist culture there. He died in Spain fighting for what he, as a Jew, knew was right and good.

My Grand Aunt was active in HaShomer Hatzair as a youngster. Later, in her mature years, was invited to China for an expenses paid 3-week tour in tribute for the contribution she made to the Leftist movement.

Although I am not Jewish, I do thank them for inspiring my leftist ideology today. Many people are confused when I state that I support Socialist-Zionism and think that they can't be one and the same, and they are more confused when I tell them about the socialist movement being the leading factor toward the creation of the State of Israel in 1948.
