-1 1/2 tbsp canned crab meat
-2 eggs
-1 tsp olive oil
-1 tsp butter
-1 tsp milk
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-pinch of salt
-pinch of pepper

In a small non-stick frying pan at medium heat, pour in olive oil and butter. Next, scramble eggs in a small bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper. Once the pan is hot enough, pour the scrambled eggs in slowly. Once the bottom of the eggs are cooked, add the crab meat and cheese on just one side of the eggs. Then fold and turn over. Once the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked, it will be ready to be served.
