thats the best prevention method ever. me too..no flu shots for the last 15years, no fever or staying in bed for the last 15 years. even with asthma, there's no way i'll get the lab vaccine for the lab created virus. keep it natural and gain a natural immunity, people!

first sign of flu i take occilicoccunum,key is to take it and not delay at the first chill. i was once dating an assistant professor (a greek) who was coming down with the flu and he went wild with worry about missing work. i ran out, got it and begged him to take it. he started screaming at me about how this wasn't going to work and how crazy i am and how doomed he was. very dramatic was truly funny! don't know how it works and don't care. i like airborne to combat colds.
