Essentially, he took the dumbest people in America, and rallied them together to fight against science, reason, and tolerance. The Republicans welcomed these useful idiots with open arms, as their TRUE supporters, the small minority of rich voters, didn't have enough votes to float the party. So now they give the Christians an idiot talker like Palin, while still pushing the politics of the rich.
