*I use the terms "HAARP" and "GWEN" very loosely, more as a catchphrase to describe any mysterious, artificial energy signatures (rings, squares, etc....), which appear to be correlated to weather systems. In this sense, I seek to simplify the terminology of this phenomenon, which is very complex in terms of its scope and intent. I apologize for any misunderstanding resulting from this.
