I am not sure but as I know there is many orphanages there if you know name of the place you should be able to find out if information is not classified Georgia has different laws regarding adoptions I think it is illegal to share that kind of information unless adopting parents agree also if you really want to find out contact Georgian embassy in DC or consulate in NYC they are very helpful and they assist many people and for free !
