how do you choose the weight should 8 reps be your maximum or do you choose a slightly lighter weight that you can do 10 reps with but you only do 8 reps with it
you should always try to end on faliure, so write down the weight each training session so you know where you were last session, and the weight is all about what you can manage, if i were looking to do 8 I would set the weight so that at 8 I was totally fatigued, if I am not at 8 then i would carry on until I achoeved it but then up the weight the next set hence write it down, hope this helps
I have been told that the front rasiers are bad for your joints. I do the side raisers and the bent overs. However, I wanted to add the front raisers and have been advised against it. Can you put my mind to rest as I see you are doing these?
