One gauge Challenger Maintenance (Railking)

Problem: No smoke.....
Removed boiler body (both sections) to access smoke unit. Discovered the passage between the fan chamber and the smoke generation/outlet chamber was blocked by the gasket which seals the two parts. This had slipped for some reason. Trimmed and replaced it and reassembled.
Time taken approx two hours

I had to do the same thing with mine too. The smoke fluid causes that gasket to swell and get out of positiion.  Great video! Hi-speed chase videos are awesome.
