Chicago has the highest unemployment rate for black americans, the murder capital of the world, one of the worst public school systems in the country. Check the history of the projects and the research gained from it. Daley kept blacks out of the suburbs washington forced them to open them up

He allowed chicago to develop into the city it is today; under old man daley the highest increase in black buisness in US history occurred. Chicago has the richest blacks in the United States. Cook county also has the highest Afro American population per capita in the United States of America. He just would not allow them to riot; not a bad trade.
