Standup comedy from the famous improvisational comedy club in Los Angeles, usually aired at 11:00PM on various nights on A&E. At first the guest hosts were showbiz veterans such as Phillis Diller and Milton Berle, but later the emphasis changed to attract a younger, hipper crowd (e.g. MTV's Martha Quinn). Performers were mostly young talents such as Richard Belzer, Arsenio Hall, Michael Keaton, and Paula Poundstone.

@scorpioman1000: If you look at the description of the video, it will tell you who the comics were in this episode. Then, just watch the videos again and see when he appears. The host also introduces each comic before they come on the stage. Unless you're referring to someone who wasn't in this video, in which case, I can't help ya, sorry.
