To protect Tibetan culture, have a look at "Horse Riding in 2009 Tibet New Year Celebration". Thx.
Tibet has a lot of huge grasslands and Tibetan loves horse and life of herdsman. Horse riding is Typical Culture of Tibet. The exile has no grasslands and therefore they has no this culture.
