On December 9th, 400 Yogis came together, rolled out their mats and practiced together (with a whole lot of dancing and sweating). This event was inspired and led by our very special ambassador Gloria Latham from Semperviva.

Im surprised people who are so called "yogis" are against this...obviously they weren't dancing around the whole time..there are obviously parts where everyone is mediating and relaxing. The whole message of this event "is to bring people together and share a beautiful and meaningful experience together. All these so called yoga fanatics who are dissing this...are not true yogis!

YOGA means "union". whether that union is with God, the Self, your body, energy, friends or strangers is up to the practitioner! what is clear to me in this video, is a shared joyous energy. and that is what Yoga is all about my friends! also, Yoga practice does not always mean quiet stillness! have you tried Kirtan Yoga? it is Yoga (union) through song, very much like what everyone in this video is doing! so see the beauty in this vid! taste the sweetness! NAMASTE!
