  • are you saying that you haven't experienced any auto focus problems with the D7000 ?

  • @catfishBG the auto focus issues i have had I pretty much have tracked down to the 24-70 2.8 as I have been having issues with that on the d3s. But other lenses like the 14-24 are killer on both.

  • Well done mate, Im 63 and agree with ya. In 5 weeks tme I am buying a D&000 and some auxiliary equipment to go with it. All because of people like you giving me encouragement.

Can you do a RANT on those cretins that pick on Newbies who ask "Dumb!!" questions please?

During the RANT, please remind them they were once newbies, even those born with a camera in their hand.

Anyway, well done. Now i am going to watch your How to Tutorials 1 and 2.

  • My D7000 rocks. Thats all i have to say.

  • Great video. You make a lot of sense. I have a fuji X10. It ain't perfect but I've learned so much with it. I work in a music store and people look for problems with their instruments and amps. I blame the internet. People who don't know jack shit about gear suddenly become experts overnight. The beauty of it is that we can tell them what we think to their faces.

I'm a noob photographer but I know HOW to research.

    I'm getting my first DSLR tomorrow: a D7k , Nikkor 50mm 1.4G and Sigma 17-70.

  • so much rant., haha., you have a good point in here., people do this kind of stuff (going into the limits of everything) all the time. When i was looking for some opinions about the Pioneer 5.1 receiver i saw people texting about how ugly the sound came out from it when they were putting the volume over 55 and more., i mean., common...

  • @JockanMovies yes it is worth the money 'cause its never like the cheap ones that are made of plastic, it is as sturdy as the body and the grip feels good....... and it has a lot of firepower!!!!

  • @benchmat sweet, is it worth the money for the MB-D11? Thinking of getting one myself :)

  • thank you! great vid.

over-analyzers can make the best camera sound cheap. if anyone doesn't like his D7000, i gladly take it.

    sometimes, a rant is necessary...

  • "FEWER issues"! Not "LESS issues"! JESUS!!!! THIS VIDEO IS NEXT TO USELESS NOW I'VE FOUND A GRAMMATICAL ERROR IN IT!!!!!!!!!! OH GOOOOODDDD!!!!! You should probably delete it and RECORD IT AGAIN!!!!

  • Tnx Jared.... D7000 really ROCKS!!!!! just got mine with an MB-D11 on it :D

  • Hahah.... a bit like revving your car's engine beyond the red zone and complaining about the vibrations!! Good rant but does it really matter what the pixel peepers think and nerdle about? If it rocks their world, it rocks their world.... avoid that galaxy if you don't have to be there.

  • Well said.

  • Nice work Jared! and I agree! its really dumb how these cam-nerds try to do the "AK-47 test" on these and experiment the camera's capabilities to its extreme and expect that it will still work smoothly.
