You can make them from film canisters, pill bottles, plastic spice containers, etc. Just cut out the bottom of the container so you have a half moon shape. Then use a latex for the reed and a rubberband to hold the reed in place. I got a video here on youtube of me using one I made. There simple to make. But then again you buy one just like he's using in the video for like $8.00 they're very cheap to buy. I would buy a commercial one to use and check out before making one.
