nice im glad the BM pen worked as i hopped but im just wondering if anyone other pen or knife that has that ball break would take more effort to break over the spear point

I own the Surefire pen. It's a beautiful, solid, high quality piece of machinery.
... But for the ridiculous price, I will be picky. Both ends (the writing head and the glass breaking rear) twist loose in a pocket. From the factory my ink cartridge did not write, so I needed to spend more money replacing it. When I shake the pen back and forth it seems a little rickety, but it's not a huge deal. Other than that-the clip is great, it feels great even with my lady hands, and it DOES write.

If ya don't mind my being picky, which one is gonna fit the hand better, when used bare handed....without ripping my hand up, grip contour, whatever....I would personally wanna be familiar with how well I'd hold onto it, without the benefit of the glove aiding or affecting my grip, etc...

@Dvrst8r Is that a trick question? If you'll watch the video again, look at the placement of the pen in the glass breakers hand.THEN,they show you the top end of the pen with the TACTICAL end.DUH?

Yeah sure they break glass, but the real question is will they wright? lol
How did the tip on the Benchmade pen look after impact with the glass. Was the tip dulled or is it just as sharp? Any immediate wear?
I was just wondering if this was a one time application with the Benchmade while the Surefire can obviously be used over and over again.
