Have you fallen off the wagon with your healthy habits? Don't worry, it happens to all of us from time to time. Life does not move in a straight line. We often have detours, hills, and valleys along the way. The first thing to do is stop the self-condemnation and start the self-appreciation! You are able to make the choice, enlisting the help of others and reviewing your goals are some simple things that can help, but rewarding yourself for a job well-done is even better!
