The next 12 months are either going to make you or break you. The next 12 months are going to make more millionaires than the last 10 years combined. But... the next 12 months will also break, crush, and completely destroy a HUGE number of real estate investors.

There are few foreclosures in my market, but there is a huge shortage of rentals. The demand for rentals is probably about 20% higher than what the market provides.

I am compelled to perform my investments debt free, and that really stunts my growth. Thanks for your sincerity and wisdom.
