@TheAlexv1977 Half of what the Catholics, do isn't even in the bible. Find me one person. Where they baptized in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy spirit? Or baptized an infant, when an infant does not know sin? Holy water isn't in the bible. Peter couldn't had even been your first pope, cause He was banned from Rome. And if he was there why did paul have to write to rome in the first place. Purgatory isn't even in the bible.

Christ came down and organized His church w/ organizational leadership, teachings, love, service, etc. I get tired of the 'religion is man made' speel. BUT, that's not to say that all religions are correct. (cont).

You will not get to heaven following any "religion".I don't think people are criticizing the catholic church, it's where they stand, what the teach, and what they FAIL to teach.Catholicism was based on LAW written by man in Rome. As far as church father letters,stick to the bible. I guarantee you, in all of those letter or statements that the pope makes, you will never hear them say things like "Mary had the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues etc.

Example Jesus said I am. In Judaism , I am is a name of God. I am in Hebrew means self existing. Who did Adam, Enoch, Moses, and Jacob have contact with? It was a human form. Jesus did not change roles because I am always exists. He was not created. It is who we will see on the Throne, but God is more than what you see. Jesus defined God in Matthew 28:19 in the name of Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Yes, God may have one name, but that does not change how Jesus defined God.
