Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 pounds bread
4 cups heavy cream
9 ounces bittersweet chocolate
7 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt

Sauce:
4 strips of cooked bacon
2 cups half & half (light cream)
1/3 cup sugar
5 egg yolks

Whipped Cream
1 vanilla bean
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons sugar

***Note: This was the first time I had made the sauce, after tasting it again and having other people taste it.... I would suggest to not really make it.

Michael,

I am sorry to tell you that Oreo died this morning just before I went to school. She was really acting weird and doing terrible last night and breathing awfully. When I woke up this morning at 6:30, we tried to wake her, but we could not and she was not breathing. So, we called the vet and he came over and listened to her heart and said that her heart had stopped beating and she was not breathing anymore. Then, we took her to the clinic to double-check and she is dead. We are very sad.

your recipes look delicious but you should try substitute some ingredients. most of your ingredients are salt, butter cream, and if you try use healthier things you may gain views!

@freitasex Thanks. Oreo was always been a sweet cat. When I was 3, one day I found her food, and since I was only 3 years old, I thought it was candy and started eating it. My mom then was calling, "Grant, where are you"? Then she found me and said, "Don't eat cat food, you're not a cat, that'll make you sick". That's what she said to me. And when I was little, I loved the way her fluffy furry tail looked and I called it a Fau-Fau-Fau tail.

@freitasex Thank you for that. When she dies, we are going to be grieving for a few days. Then, we will be looking for a new cat. She is a sweet cat. Before I was born, back when my parents were still married, she would sit in my parents laps every night. She was born 5 months before I was. When I was born, she got very angry because I was getting all the attention. She started making messes in the house and scratched the walls. Then she started to get used to me and was nicer.
