  • nice guan dao form man!

  • thanks for your interest, I will add more weapons, hand forms and training soon, kind regards-luke

  • Nice set. That Kwan Dao looks very light. Is that just a display of your strenght or is this a Wushu version of the weapon?

  • Thanks,

I will add to you tube soon the heavy Guan Dao.

This form is traditional Hung Gar passed down from Hung Gar Master Wu Zhi Yi, from Wong Fei Hong school in Fat San China.

  • What lineage of hung gar are you from? Your form looks very good and strong.

  • Hi, thanks for your comment- this form was handed down to me from 4th generation Wong Fei Hong disciple at Nan Hai Fat San Guangdong province- birthplace of Wong Fei Hong.many direct descendants of our style Hung Gar are able to continue training at old age.they still carry on the tradition of giving bone setting and acupuncture treatment to people in need for no cost.many elder Hung Gar Sifu agree there was only 1 Hung Gar- so, enjoy it in all of its splendors shapes and forms.1 mind -1 family.

  • I appreciate how hard you train to get to your current skill level and how seriously you pursue the Kung Fu arts. Thank you for your dedication.

  • Nice form. I really liked it. Looks similar to the one I learnt which is good. Thanks for uploading the video. It's hard to find some good guan dao videos.

  • Hi everyone, hope that you enjoy watching my videos in my account.

For Hung Gar training you should just try to train the characteristics of our style- Hard with Soft, Fast with Slow, and combine correct breathing with good stance training. forget about whos better than who, and just simply refine yourself.

Practice with humility as a discipline..and improvement as an everyday goal-never be satisfied with your own level to gain skill yourself. Thankyou for your comments
