  • Plavac tastes like Zinfandel, because it`s very close to croatian variety of "Crljenak Kaštelanski" ("Kaštela Red"). And research had shown, that Kashtela Red appears to represent Zinfandel in its original home.

    And when you say "Plavac", try not to pronaunce "C" as "K". It should sound more like Plavatz.
