This is not the last boss, tk is but that's only on overtime : complete all case files and give tk zombrex before completing the facts

@sylvia4977 well for the harvestors go straight to the pallasades mall there is a shortcut just look behind the sex shop on your map then go up the escalator and go to your right and look for a gun shop called i think its shooting range and take all the snipers you can carry then try the harvestors

@marymancinelli Well some people may not go into overtime mode so technically this is the final boss. TK can only be fought in overtime mode whereas you go against her either way :)
