Cholera, typhoid, dengue fever, AIDS, people defecating on the streets in full view of others,fucked up Commonwealth Games, corrupt politicians....and you people ALWAYS blame it on British Raj. Why don't you just face it? India's standard of hygience is on a par with sub-Saharan Africa. Japan's standard of hygiene is on a par with Europe & US. Some people just don't mind living in filth & squalor. It's got nothing to do with economic circumstance.
