  • Hello! Thank you! Please I have a question. I am going through the cash flow identities for a company and have ...Cash flow from assets of $ (6,138,280) = Operating Cash Flow of 4,451,490 less Net Capital Spending of 2,419,970 less Change in Net Working Capital of $8,169,800.

I think I understand this; CL down (cash out); CA up (cash out). A Positive number in Change in NWC means cash out of the business, hence why the negative 6 mil at the start? Do I have this correct Mike?

  • No - that is not a topic that I cover in this finnance series. You might see that in an intermediate accounting class video (I do not make those , though).

Deffered tax happens when there is a difference between the financial accounting rules and tax law.

  • Very Very Nice Finance videos, I am just curious, would you explain the meaning and computation of deferred tax in some video in this series.
