the Constitution could be obsolete if proven that nobody signed it therefore its not a legally binding contract (However) if anything it may be only valid for those who where alive at the time of writing it until their demise, Common (knowledge) law however recognizes said document as the basis for giving it and the other forms of law in use to this day a real reason for being accepted therefore while every court in America today will use UCC the fact is that most Judges and the rest of the BAR
