I like this guy! Installing an OS that can be managed at a micro level like Gentoo can not only make sure that the kids are using the lab responsibly, but also not have to worry about break downs.
Then reading about their modern lab on their website, this would be very cost effective and efficient system.

Man... I wish I was this smart... I've tried using Gentoo Minimal installation and I can't do a thing. I'll try to stick with Ubuntu and Arch Linux *On Laptop*
