This is the Gothem Police car design from the recent batman movie "The Dark Night" I thought it would be cool to make it. Also I decided to try the rumbler siren.

whats the program you need to make the cars?

3D max, I don;t have it, but I couldn't make a car even if I did

that and skill I guess, I have never used the program before, I only have blender, which can't used for making mods

OK that makes more sense, I was in a bank yesterday when this NYPD police car used that siren. It rattled the windows of the bank guess that is the purpose!
