  • The pipes never make it into the correct rack position over the frontal deltoids. They're all holding them in their hands.

  • The arms during the press need to be over the middle of the foot, this means that in the endposition your arms need to be next to your ears and the arms need to be shrugged

This is not a bad training, but it's not the best I have ever seen

  • I hate these, can't ever get the right form, even with a broomstick it seems.

  • @ijuh22 What? If you work 70 hours a week, there is still time enough time left to work out 3/5x a week.

  • @borednessislife If you use your feet to push up in a squat position, you'll fall over. All the force goes straight up your ass (literally), your back won't hold heavier loads, you fall over/hurt your back. You need to rotate a bit from hips on out, otherwise your back won't hold. I am by no means a certified trainer, though.

  • learn a ton....thanks

  • @borednessislife it's more of a way of visualizing the pathway of the force that you're transferring from your feet to the barbell.

  • Fantastic instruction! Thanks!

  • Excellent trainer. He does remind me of the main character from the Showtime show "Dexter."

  • Fantastic trainer.
