  • This one really suffers if you bake it that long. It will become very brown, like in a burnt way. But if you follow my instructions, a golden beautiful fluffy loaf is the result. Give it a try!

  • Steve,

Just want to let you know that I tried your recipe.. and boy, let me tell you, it's the best bread I've ever made !!!!! It was so good, my family tore it to pieces and devour it like wild animals..

do you have any recipes for bagels.

    thx again

  • Then it vanished!!

  • this looks great !!!

  • Thanks for the video! I just left my ball to rise. Question: your dough ball in the video was considerably more compact and less sticky than mine. Any speculation or insight into why that is?

  • Thank you! Finally I got a recipe that I like :D

  • this is an unusual challah recipe, it normally has oil and not butter, and ususally bakes for much longer, ususally 30-40 minutes

  • Dear Steve,

Am watching all your videos to understand better the process of bread making.

Cheers Steve. Here is one guy that really appreciates you. Have a blessed day.
